Q's

The Q's have been rangebound since November. The price action in this index however has been encouraging. There are a couple of higher lows in the making if the $28 level holds. Also, the Q's have been outperforming the S&P over the past couple of months. If we do get a breakout to the upside in the market, the Q's will probably go first.
